Advanced Beginner Floorwork (5/31)

Combine the expression of contemporary with the athleticism of floorwork in this workshop, where we'll learn choreography to "Wa (和)" by Shunya Koyanagi. We'll focus on finding movement patterns and musicality that feel good to you, with a few returning floorwork skills from past workshops! Some previous floorwork experience recommended; contemporary or ballet experience required.

Attire: Socks, long pants, and sleeves are suggested to avoid floor burn during sliding moves.
