Beginner Contemporary Lyrical (11/1)

In this workshop dancers will learn beginner level choreography to the stripped version of "Better Days" by Dermot Kennedy. The lyrics drive the choreography for this piece, telling a story of healing your past self that went through an emotional and difficult time. Dancers can expect to explore extensions, contractions, and using the breath to convey the emotions behind the piece.

Attire: Socks or bare feet and athletic dance attire.
