What we love: TDF is proud to be a Fuego Ambassador! These sneakers were designed specifically for dancers, and are ULTRA light and flexible! You truly might forget you're even wearing them, which makes dancing for hours a breeze. The spin spot helps you safely pivot, spin, and do direction changes and there's just the right amount of tread for support that won't stick to the floor. They come in a ton of sizes and styles, with an option for everyone.
Overall: It's a higher price point option for a fantastic shoe, but is great if you can swing it. Make sure you click the link in the image or title and use code TDFXFUEGO10 at checkout for your discount!

What we love: This is a great heel for beginner through intermediate dancers on a budget! The open toe lets you really feel the floor, and the mesh offers freedom of movement while providing support. The smooth sole allows you to safely pivot and turn without straining the joints. AND it comes in several colors, including red, pink, green and more. Don't be fooled by the description on Amazon that says it's a platform shoe - it's not!
Overall: It's a great, stylish option for the price that will last.

What we love: These soft, high-waisted leggings are flattering AND comfortable. They're made to move, with flexible seams that won't rip the minute you start class warmups! They're not at all see-through, and they have a discreet inner pocket perfect for an extra hair tie or some cash for a post-class snack. Pair them with heels, sneakers, or socks for any style of class you take and wear them with an oversized tee or fitted top for just the look you're going for.

Overall: They'll probably become your favorite legging.

What we love: These fizzy tabs make sure you have all the electrolytes you'll need for a night of dance! They come in all sorts of flavors, and are shipped in convenient tablet tubes that'll fit perfectly in your dance bag. Have the "Sport" electrolyte tablets before and during class to stay hydrated in ways you never knew possible, and enjoy the "Rest" tablets to help you recover faster after a long night of dance.

Overall: Just keep 'em in your dance bag at all times, and you'll be the hero of your class.
What we love: This interchangeable roller kit is a perfect starter-set for at-home muscle care and recovery. Sore muscles can be greatly minimized post-dance by rolling out, which can be achieved with many tools, some working better for specific parts of the body. This tool is great for the legs and back, and can easily fit in a dance duffle!

Overall: Use it on your quads, calves, hamstrings, and tibialis and say goodbye to sore muscles!
What we love: The different sizes help you target a variety of muscles, and they're a little softer than a lacrosse ball. They fit in you dance bag, but come with their own carry bag for easy travel and storage.

What we love: These have a thin-profile, great coverage, and they stay put. Unlike bulky kneepads, these neoprene kneepads don't get in your way when doing moves on your knees and they don't shift under you either.

Overall: It's a TDF favorite, just note that the listing is for ONE kneepad (not two).
What we love: Give your muscles a recovery boost with this tart cherry juice! The anti-inflammatory powers of tart cherry juice can aid in quicker repair, letting you enjoy more of what you love faster!

Overall: It's a great night-time sipper after a long night of classes that will help you feel less sore the next day.
What we love: Tried & true, this budget-friendly 18" foam roller works for the legs and back. You can go with a 12", but may not feel as supported while rolling your back, quads, or hamstrings since rollers can shift slightly during use. So, unless you need it for your dance bag, go with the 18" and you'll be happy you did.

Overall: It's undeniably a muscle saver, and a must for every dancer.
What we love: These spiky massage balls are awesome at warming up AND helping to recover more sensitive muscles in the body like the feet, hands, and forearms. They come in three levels of firmness (with the lowest level having a lot of cushion) are portable, and are easy to clean.

Overall: We keep these at TDF for those unexpected foot cramps that pop up during class, and we highly recommend them for your at-home recovery.
